LoveMyFrequency is looking for an elite Lead Digital Manager to oversee our most ambitious season yet. You won’t just be posting on social media, you will be the tactical engine and “Right Hand” to the Founder. You will lead a specialized creator team to ensure every post, every pitch, and every video moves the needle toward our goal.
THE MISSION
You will be the bridge between two distinct yet powerful worlds:
- LoveMyFrequency: A mission first digital platform dedicated to discipline, mindset, and youth empowerment.
- The Road to Spain: A high stakes campaign to raise $10,000+ and build a 50K+ audience for an elite Taekwondo athlete competing on the world stage.
YOUR ROLE: THE QUARTERBACK
As the Lead Digital Manager, you are the “Right Hand” to the Founder and responsible for the team’s accountability and results. Leading a creative team of three (Content, Social Media, and Outreach) to ensure every post, every pitch, and every video moves the needle toward our goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Audit & Pivot (April): Review all existing content. Lead the team in “cleaning up” the digital footprint to transition LoveMyFrequency into a professional, mission driven brand.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and inspire the Content, Social Media, and Outreach interns.
- Agile Management & Private Mentorship: The Creator Sync (30 min): Lead the weekly team meeting to review the content pipeline and pivot strategies based on real-time analytics., and delegate tasks.
- The Founder’s Brief (30 min): A private, 1-on-1 strategy session with the Founder & CEO to discuss leadership, long term business scaling, and high-level decision making. This is your time for professional mentorship, high-level leadership coaching, and reviewing the roadmap for both LoveMyFrequency and the Road to Spain.
- Strategic Oversight: Own the master content calendar and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor weekly KPIs, including reach, engagement, and fundraising progress.
- Elite Networking & Global Research: Build a database of local business owners, athletic directors, and community leaders the support our goals.
- Organic Clothing Manufacturers: (Domestic & International) to source sustainable, low cost materials for the brand’s future apparel line.

- Crisis & Project Management: How to hit a hard $10,000+ funding deadline.
- Team Dynamics: How to manage peers and keep a creative team motivated.

- Brand Architecture: How to run a mission based brand (LMF) and a personality based brand (Athlete) simultaneously.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Current Senior, or Recent Graduate in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- A natural leader who isn’t afraid to give feedback or take initiative.
- Obsessed with digital storytelling and “Growth Hacking.”
- Ability to check in daily via Slack/Discord/Email and attend two 30 minute weekly video calls.
- AI user friendly.
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Required Uploads:
- Resume & Portfolio: Show us past projects or campaigns you have managed. Please provide a link to case study or folder showing past creative work or campaigns you have managed.
- Growth Proof: Provide screenshots of social media growth you have personally achieved. Include starting numbers, ending numbers, and the timeframe (e.g., “Grew Instagram from 200 to 5,000 followers in 3 months via Reels strategy”).
3. Leadership Filter Questions:
- How would you tell the Founder that the current brand direction needs a 180 degree change to be professional?
- If a team member misses a critical deadline for the “Road to Spain” daily videos, how do you fix the situation before it reaches the Founder?
- What is your 60 day strategy to grow an account from 0 to 10K followers?
- Describe a time you managed a team or project.
- If AI could only do one part of your job, which would you choose and why?
