TRANSFORM RAW MOTION INTO A MOVEMENT

Content Creator & Visual Architect Intern | April – October 2026

Are you a visual storyteller who can build a brand’s soul from scratch? LoveMyFrequency is seeking a Visual Architect to lead the creative identity of two high-impact accounts.

You will be the lead designer and producer, responsible for creating original, high-end visual content for a mission driven platform while strategically editing raw athletic footage into a viral ready campaign. This is a 100% remote role for a creator who wants to own the “Look and Feel” of a global movement.

THE MISSION

Your mission is to act as the Visual Architect of the team. You will be responsible for two distinct creative workflows:

  1. LMF Brand Creation: Designing and producing original, constant visual content (graphics, motion typography, and lifestyle edits) to build the LoveMyFrequency brand from the ground up.
  2. Athlete Campaign Storytelling: Transforming raw training footage and digital assets into a high energy “Road to Spain” narrative that drives our $10,000+ fundraising goal.

YOUR ROLE: THE VISUAL ARCHITECT

You are the most active member of the creator team. While the strategy is set by the Lead, the “Visual Soul” of the entire movement is in your hands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Original Content Production (LMF): Constantly create and design high-end visuals, motion graphics, and inspirational media for the LoveMyFrequency account. You aren’t just editing; you are creating the brand’s visual language.
  • Strategic Editing (Athlete): Receive raw athlete footage via cloud storage and transform it into 2–3 daily short-form high impact assets (Reels/TikToks/Shorts).
  • Hybrid Campaign Assets: Create “Non-Raw” content for the athlete account including countdown graphics, sponsorship spotlights, and animated “Goal Trackers” to keep the audience engaged without needing new footage every day.
  • The Director’s Guide: Provide “Filming Guidelines” to the Founder and Athlete. You tell us what shots you need so you can produce the best edits.
  • Asset Management: Organize and maintain our digital “Raw Library” for both brands (Dropbox/Google Drive).
  • Sound & Typography: Source trending audio and apply high quality captions/graphics to make content accessible and viral ready.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

  • Brand Development: How to build a professional aesthetic for a new company (LMF).
  • The “Hook-Body-CTA” Formula: How to structure videos for maximum virality and audience retention.
  • Campaign Pacing: How to keep an audience excited over a 7 month period using a mix of raw footage and original graphic storytelling.
  • Remote Production Leadership: How to direct a team and collaborate effectively in a 100% digital environment.
  • Content Strategy: How to guide a “client” (the Founder/Athlete) on how to capture better raw footage for higher engagement.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintaining two separate visual identities using the same set of tools.

WHY THIS IS THE BEST MOVE FOR YOUR CAREER

  • Professional Certification: You will be awarded a formal Certificate of Completion documenting your countless hours of professional residency as a Content Creator.
  • Total Creative Control: You are the lead artist. You aren’t just following a style guide you are writing it.
  • A “Produced By” Credit: Own a campaign with a $10,000+ and reached 50,000+ people. When you apply for your first “big” production job, you’ll have a 7 month case study of high volume, professional work.
  • Maximum Flexibility: 10–12 hours per week. Remote work focused on creativity and innovation.
  • No Overhead: No commute, no on-site liability. Build a professional grade portfolio from home.
  • The “Gold Standard” Letter: A detailed recommendation letter from the Founder highlighting your production volume, brand building skills, and reliability.

THE POWER OF THE LENS

We aren’t just making “videos”; we are documenting a human journey toward excellence and building a platform for youth empowerment. Your work is the first thing a donor or a young person sees. You have the power to turn a simple idea into a visual movement that inspires thousands.

THE REWARD

  2. The Video Proof: Provide a link to your best video work and graphic design examples (Instagram grids, flyers, or brand assets). We want to see how you handle transitions, captions, and music timing.
  3. Growth Proof: Show us a video you edited that gained significant views, engagement, or go viral.
  4. Visual Architect Questions:
    • If the raw footage provided is poor quality (bad lighting/shaky), what specific editing “magic” or tools do you use to make it viral ready?
    • As a remote editor, what are the top 3 instructions you would give the Founder to ensure the raw footage you receive is easy to edit?
    • We require 2–3 short-form videos daily. How do you organize your workflow to maintain high quality at that speed?
    • If AI could only do one part of your job, which would you choose and why?
