Are you a “student of the algorithm” who knows how to turn a quiet account into a loud movement? LoveMyFrequency is seeking a Brand Architect to lead the strategic evolution and official launch of our two digital identities.
This isn’t just about posting; it’s about taking an existing brand, auditing its potential, cleaning up the digital footprint, and engineering a massive growth phase. You are the strategist who ensures our mission reaches the world and our fundraising goals are met through elite digital execution.
THE MISSION
Your mission is to act as the Brand Architect. You will conduct a comprehensive audit of all current LoveMyFrequency content to identify gaps in professionalism, “clean” the digital footprint, and lead the official transition into our launch phase. You are responsible for building the “Growth Engine” that bridges the gap between our core mission and the high-intensity Road to Spain $10K+ fundraising campaign.
- LoveMyFrequency: A mission first digital platform dedicated to discipline, mindset, and youth empowerment.
- The Road to Spain: A high stakes campaign to raise $10,000+ and build a 50K+ audience for an elite Taekwondo athlete competing on the world stage.
YOUR ROLE: THE QUARTERBACK
You are the pulse of the team. While the Creator makes the art, you decide how it wins. You are a 100% remote strategist focused on brand identity, community psychology, and aggressive organic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Audit & Pivot (April): Brand Audit & Repair (April): Review all existing LoveMyFrequency content. Make executive decisions on what stays and what goes to ensure the brand looks “Elite” and professional before we ask for the first dollar of sponsorship.
- The Official Launch: Design and execute the “Grand Opening” strategy for both brands, creating a surge of momentum in the first 14 days of the internship.
- Daily Growth Operations: Manage the daily posting schedule (using the Visual Architect’s assets) and execute engagement strategies that turn “scrollers” into “supporters.”
- Algorithm & SEO Mastery: Stay ahead of TikTok/Reel/Shorts trends and keyword strategies to ensure our content is pushed to the right audiences.
- Community Management: Act as the “Voice” of the brands answering every DM and comment with a tone of leadership and gratitude.

- Conversion Psychology: How to write captions and CTAs (Calls to Action) that actually drive donations and newsletter signups.
- Growth Hacking: Real world experience in moving an account from a standstill to a 50K+ reach using purely organic methods.
- Cross-Platform Strategy: How to sync Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts into a single, unified marketing machine.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Current student or recent grad in Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications.
- A “Social Media Native” you understand trends, sounds, and memes before they go mainstream.
- Analytical mindset: You love looking at “Insights” and “Reach” data to see what worked.
- Experience with social media management tools is a plus.
- Ability to check in daily via Slack/Discord/Email and attend two 30 minute weekly video calls.
- AI user friendly.

- Resume & Portfolio: Show us past projects or campaigns you have managed. Please provide a link to case study or folder showing past creative work or campaigns you have managed.
- Growth Proof: Show us an account you managed or grew. What was your specific strategy for that growth? (e.g., “Grew Instagram from 200 to 5,000 followers in 3 months via Reels strategy”).
3. Brand Architect Questions:
- Look at a brand that feels “stuck.” What are the first three things you change to make it look professional and elite?
- What is your 60 day strategy to grow a brand account from 0 to 10K followers organically?
- How do you turn a “viral viewer” into a dedicated “brand supporter” through the comments and DM section?
- If AI could only do one part of your job, which would you choose and why?
