Welcome to Love My Frequency, a vibrant, youth-led movement born from a powerful personal journey and a universal truth: your unique way of experiencing the world is your greatest strength. Our vision is a world where every young person embraces and loves their “frequency”—their authentic self and individual way of experiencing life—and discovers the immense power within it. Founded by 14-year-old Ishdel, who transformed her hearing imbalance into a catalyst for change, we empower youth through authentic storytelling, creative products, and a supportive community, proving that you are “not broken,” but “a new kind of whole.”
